Rockies expected to allow fans at Coors Field for 2021 season

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Rockies baseball fans are expected to return to Coors Field for the 2021 season. The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) approved a variance for fans in the stands “pending a few adjustments,” according to a department spokesperson who did not identify themselves. It was unclear what percentage of capacity would be allowed entry to games. Rockies owner Dick Monfort was not ready to confirm that the variance had been approved.
