Avalanche defenseman Erik Johnson upgrades in Cherry Hills home swap

Avalanche defenseman Erik Johnson has scored a new house in Cherry Hills Village and swapped his previous home with the seller. Last month, the NHL player purchased a 7,582-square-foot house at 4660 S. Franklin St. for $7.2 million through a trust, according to public records. He purchased it from the entity Cubs Partnership, which is managed by Brian and Jean Addy, according to records.
