In $250M Lee's Summit mixed-use, sports complex targets April opening, as first mixed-use gets underway

Long in the works in Lee's Summit, the Paragon Star mixed-use is planned to deliver its 10-field sports complex this spring. The $250 million development's first vertical construction — on a 70,000-square-foot office, retail and restaurant building — also kicked off in January.
