A sequel to Blast from the Past is not outside the realm of possibility with at least one of its main stars making it clear she's up for a sequel. Released in 1999, Blast from the Past stars Brendan Fraser as a thirtysomething who joins the "real world" after spending his entirely life growing up in a fallout shelter.
