A federal grand jury has indicted three men for accused of defrauding investors of millions in publicly traded stock for Grifco International, Inc., authorities said. Charged each with conspiracy and six counts of wire fraud on March 3 were Houston men Evan “Nick” Jarvis, 36, and Jim Dial, 53, and Chicago native, Alex Ellerman, 35, the U.S.
