A Kansas company is proposing a novel type of student housing north of Ohio State University. The company, Elsey Partners, has proposed building 274 dorm-size — 10-by-18-foot — rooms spread across five floors. Each room would have a bath, a Murphy bed and a counter with a sink, a microwave and a mini-fridge.
