Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson, and 10 other AGs, are hauling the Trump EPA into federal court over its efforts to delay -- and possibly kill -- a new Chemical Disaster Rule. The rule came out of the West Fertilizer Co. blast in Texas, and was influenced by refinery accidents in California and Washington.
