Denver’s long and complicated relationship with the Olympics will take another turn in the next two weeks as voters decide whether to forbid city officials from using tax dollars on future bids to host the Games without their approval. If Proposition 302 is approved, city officials would have to ask voters before using city money or resources to coordinate any future bids.
