Convicted Murderer Leo Schofield Jr. Wants Conviction Set Aside

A Lakeland man convicted of murdering his wife nearly 28 years ago is seeking to have his conviction set aside on grounds that another man, who's serving a life sentence for an unrelated Polk County murder, has confessed to the killing.
