Dominic Cooper is set to star opposite Pierce Brosnan in the latter's long-gestating dream project "November Man" says The Hollywood Reporter. Roger Donaldson ("Dante's Peak") helms the espionage action-thriller which is based on Bill Granger's novel "There are No Spies" which itself is part of a series, thus making this a potential franchise launcher. Brosnan would play an ex-CIA operative who finds himself pitted against his former pupil (Cooper) in a deadly game involving high-level CIA officials and the Russian president-elect. Shooting is scheduled to kick off in October in Berlin.
