When Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants opens on Monday at the Mall at Partridge Creek, it will mark the chain's first Michigan location as well as the first of three planned for the next 3-5 years in southeast Michigan.The Countryside, Ill.-based combination eatery and retail outlet invested a reported $8 million in constructing the 10,500-square-foot facility that seats about 250 guests in the dining room and covered outdoor patio at the regional mall in Clinton Township.
