Seattle police detained two teens Wednesday afternoon after they emerged from a Dunlap home in South Seattle with property that wasn’t theirs. A neighbor dialed 911 about 1 p.m. to report the pair breaking windows and climbing into a home in the 9000 block of Valdez Avenue South, according to police.
