COLONIE - A Colonie man already facing charges for trying to run down a motorcyclist with his Jeep was sent for a psychological evaluation after, police said, he tried to burn down his mother's home. The motorcyclist escaped serious injury but Fazzone was charged with reckless endangerment. After the fire, Fazzone was charged with felony arson and criminal mischief.
