A city corrections officer had to get 20 staples after being stabbed in the Bronx amid a hail of projectiles, according to police and sources. The 25-year-old was stabbed in the back and head by an unknown man on Chisholm Street and Rev. James A Polite Avenue just before 5 p.m.
