CHAMPAIGN — Eastbound traffic on Interstate 74 has been affected following a crash in Champaign. The Illinois Department of Transportation reported Monday afternoon that the left shoulder of eastbound I-74 is closed over Market Street. The closure took place after a truck traveling on Market Street struck the overpass bridge.
