KINGSPORT — If you’ve ever had an iced lemon cookie from Ham ’N Goodys in Knoxville, you know why there were about 40 people waiting in line Wednesday morning when Brycen Ritchie and Wendy Setlich Burgireno set up a tent to sell the bakery’s sweets in the parking lot of Berry’s Pharmacy at the corner of Center and Clinchfield. They sold out just after noon, and we thought we were about to see two grown men cry as they realized they were in line behind the buyer of the last box of cookies.
