Hazmat crews and other emergency responders were called to the industrial area on Marvin Griffin Road after a chemical leak this morning. Fire department spokeswoman Dee Griffin said a truck leaked hydrochloric acid in a trail about 3,000 feet long and 30 inches wide. Deputies have closed off an area of the road while crews work to clean the area.
