Cuomo: New York Will Ease Restrictions Around Covid-19 'red Zones' Showing Improvement

The state will apply restrictions in decreasing levelsÂ of severity for coronavirus cluster zones. Several Brooklyn and Queens neighborhoods were moved to lesser "yellow" restrictions. Hampton Bays closed a school, and Lawrence extended closures.
