Michelle Munley and her family just drove over the Mathews Bridge on their way to a butterfly festival Saturday when she spotted a small dog on the sidewalk at the foot of the span. The Fleming Island voice teacher pulled over and tried to catch the dog, who then took off up the bridge. After that, adrenaline took over.
