Beleaguered socialite Dede Wilsey will stay on in one of the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco's highest positions, the organization said late Tuesday. The move comes after an almost year-long power struggle over whether or not she should be ousted, following an investigation into allegedly improper spending. Wilsey will now become board chair, a demotion from president, but will still remain one of the institution's most important decision makers, the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
