The Denver Police Department resumed its enforcement of the city’s controversial urban camping ban three weeks to the day after it halted enforcement as a precautionary measure. Officers have performed 14 street checks for unauthorized camping, contacting 25 people, since enforcement resumed Friday, a Denver Police Department spokesperson said in an email.
