J. C. Penney Company, Inc. recently honored its top performing stores with the Founder's Award at a special leadership conference in Dallas on March 25. The Founder's Award is the Company's highest distinction for leadership excellence, recognizing top performers from across the company. At this year's ceremony, only 104 of approximately 1,060 stores, six out of 52 districts and four out of 14 supply chain facilities received the coveted award.
