The first phase of a multiphase renovation of the Simi Valley Town Center is moving forward with the planned April opening of the Studio Movie Grill, a 10-screen state-of-the-art facility. Representatives from Alberta Development Partners announced during an open house at the center Thursday that they also are in negotiations or have signed leases with several large national retail stores.
