In a move that will have campus rapists and their advocates cheering, Education Secretary Betsy DeVos has rescinded the Obama-era campus sexual assault policy. The notice of the move was signed by the odious Candice Jackson, and while Jackson, DeVos, and the Men’s Rights Activists she’s been consulting say that the Obama-era campus sexual assault guidelines were just too confusing, here’s what anti-rape activists have said about the now-rescinded “Dear Colleague” letter: “A lot of this conversation arranged around the Dear Colleague Letter is that it’s a threat to the procedural rights of accused students,” [KnowYourIX co-founder Alexandra] Brodsky noted.
