Officials at Denver International Airport have introduced a video chat program that gives travelers the option to talk to a customer service representative remotely rather than in person amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Dubbed DEN Live Agent, the program debuted Monday. It will run for at least five weeks through the holiday travel season, according to a news release.
