LITCHFIELD — A Litchfield man died Sunday morning after the motorcycle he was riding struck a utility pole on Oak Hill Road. Derek Parker, 35, died at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston. According to Seth Allen, a specialist with Maine State Police, Parker was riding his Honda CRF 450, an off-road motorcycle, on a public way when he went off the road on a curve, struck the pole and crashed into trees. Toxicology tests were pending Sunday morning.
