National Weather Service forecasters said that after temperatures in parts of Maine fell of just shy of 100 degrees Fahrenheit on Saturday, a slow-moving front of cooler area due to hit on Monday should start moving south into Maine on Sunday. Temperatures in southern Maine expected to top 100 degrees Fahrenheit fell just below that level of misery on Saturday.
