Good fun could be had by all at a carnival-themed event hosted by the Republican Party in Philadelphia Sunday. There were bean-bag throws, a prize wheel and even a jumbo-sized version of Connect Four. One problem: the games were rigged so that Hillary Clinton won every time. That’s because the Republican Party was targeting a new voter base: ultra-liberal Bernie Sanders supporters.
