At his news conference earlier this morning, Trump addressed the hacking of the Democratic National Committee’s email servers and the growing consensus pointing towards Russian culpability, and he just flat-out called on the Russian government to go ahead and hack his main rival for the presidency: If it is Russia, which it’s probably not, nobody knows who it is.
