Don't Prejudge Egypt's New Draft Ngo Law, Says Minister

CAIRO (Reuters) - Egypt's minister of social solidarity has urged civil society groups not to prejudge a new draft law for non-government organizations (NGOs), which they fear will roll back freedoms won in the 2011 uprising and could threaten their existence.
