WASHINGTON (AP) — Dozens of flights in the Washington-Baltimore region have been cancelled or delayed because of a winter storm. The flight tracking service FlightAware shows that Reagan National Airport was the most affected of the region's three airports Monday morning, with 64 canceled outbound flights and 46 cancelled inbound flights. At Dulles International Airport, 21 outgoing flights and 13 incoming flights were cancelled.Read more on NewsOK.com
