A state trooper tweeted the ‘most interesting’ HOV lane violator Tuesday, depicting a driver pulled over in Fife for using a cardboard cutout of a famous meme character. The trooper spotted a vehicle passing by in the carpool lane on Interstate 5 in Fife Monday with a passenger that clearly was not a sentient being, State Patrol spokesman Guy Gill said.
