An orange cone has replaced the flexible traffic sign that used to warn Neil Avenue drivers that pedestrians can cross at the intersection with Collins Avenue. A car or a truck took out the sign, which was part of an enhanced crosswalk designed to slow traffic and make the area safer for pedestrians.
