It's no secret that Dwayne Johnson is a fan of pushing himself to physical extremes to prepare for roles and his prepwork for director Brad Peyton's San Andreas is clearly no exception. The star today shared the below image on his Twitter feed, showing off the training he's currently undergoing for the production, which begins lensing next week in Australia.
