Eastridge Business Park Sells For $38.8 Million

EastRidge Business Park, a 25-building business complex in northeast Vancouver, has sold for $38.8 million. JLL Capital Markets, a wealth management company that brokered the sale, announced Wednesday that Westcore Properties purchased the 30-acre center from Investors Warranty of America. The site, at 11713 N.E. 99th St., boasts 400,000 square feet of space for retail, office and light industrial uses. In its sales material, JLL Capital Markets touted the center’s proximity to Portland International Airport, downtown Vancouver and interstate highways.
