A patient was diagnosed with Ebola in the United States for the first time, CNBC reported, citing the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Until Tuesday, Ebola patients had only been treated in the U.S. after being diagnosed elsewhere. The AP confirmed the news. According to WFAA.com, the patient was being treated at a Dallas hospital. Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas announced on Monday that one its patients was being tested for Ebola.
