Before Edgewater Public Market opened over the weekend, there were exactly 18 fewer options for dining out in this neighborhood just west of Sloan Lake and Sheridan Boulevard. Sure, there are destination meals and drinks to be had nearby, at places such as US Thai Cafe and Joyride Brewing. But Edgewater’s new food hall, located in a building that was once a King Soopers, takes dining across from a Target to the extreme. The vendors span crepes and gyros, arepas and ramen.
