Elderly Steamboat Keeps Rich History Afloat

Nobody's exactly sure when the engine in the belly of the Belle of Louisville was built. The best guess is around 1890. What is known for certain is that it was solidly built, because it was already well-used when it was transferred into the belly of the Belle during its construction in 1914.
