CINCINNATI (AP) — A January trial has been scheduled for a man who authorities say was on an electronic monitor in an abduction case when he had a 14-year-old girl dropped off at his home by taxi and held her captive for months and raped her. A sheriff's spokesman said unannounced visits were made to Jackson's home. Jackson supposedly had another woman watch the girl and take her out of his apartment when he was checked by monitoring officials, federal authorities said.
