Emma Stone In 'Pride, Prejudice and Zombies': Offered Elizabeth Bennet Part In Film

Emma Stone has already shown off her extreme zombie fighting ability, starring alongside jesse Eisenberg and Woody Harrelson in the apocalyptic present of "Zombieland." Now, it looks like she'll be going into the past to knock some undead heads.After running through Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johansson as potential leads, director Craig Gillespie and Lionsgate have offered the lead role in "Pride, Prejudice and Zombies" to Stone, extending the opportunity to play Elizabeth Bennet in the big screen version of the hit genre mashup book by Seth Grahame-Smith, Variety reports.
