Ephrata Marijuana Shop Sued By High Times, Alleging Trademark Infringement

The parent company of the magazine High Times filed a lawsuit Monday against shop owner Richard Reimers and his business, previously called High Time Station. The Spokesman Review reports the magazine is claiming trademark infringement.
