A former St. Clair Shores police officer was convicted of a misdemeanor but acquitted of 10 other charges related to retrieving his daughter's stolen cell phone in Detroit.Michael Notoriano, 44, was found guilty Friday of willful neglect of duty by a public official for his actions in July 2013 at a Detroit gas station involving two men he believed were involved in the theft of his daughter's phone.
