By Kate White A former State Police forensic analyst pleaded guilty Monday in federal court in Charleston to possessing child pornography. Jeffrey Erra Osborne, 48, of Clendenin, faces up to 20 years in prison after admitting that he possessed pictures of prepubescent minors engaged in sexual acts in January.Osborne, who worked for the State Police for 21 years, was most recently a civilian technician who worked with Intoximeters, devices similar to Breathalyzers, used to measure blood alcohol concentration.
