Never officially announced, Blizzard has been talking about an MMO project, codenamed "Project Titan," for the last seven years. The project has had problems, and the company said in 2013 that it was delayed until 2016 at the earliest.

With all of the prevailing pressure on Silicon Valley to diversify its ranks, tech companies find themselves with a newly strengthened charge to boost their hiring of women.
The numbers of women in computer science are infamously abysmal — they account for just 17 percent of technical employees at Google and 15 percent at Facebook, for example.
At the company’s apartment-size recruiting “booth,” women can sit in a driverless car, chat with the developers of Google Glass, watch videos highlighting the accomplishments of women at Google, and pick up some Google swag.
Lockheimer said LinkedIn is hoping to hire a significant amount of women through the conference and create a more supportive environment for the women who already work there.
The Web hosting company has frequently come under fire for its sexed-up Super Bowl ads — such as its 2013 ad featuring supermodel Bar Refaeli graphically (and noisily) making out with a nerd.
The company also sponsored scholarships for 112 female college students to attend the event.
Ewing of Google said the event is also a good opportunity to showcase its efforts to help women — the company recently initiated Made with Code, a program designed to interest young girls in tech.
