Feds Reviewing Petition To Save The Monarch Butterfly

Texas' state insect isn't doing too well. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is reviewing a petition to consider the Monarch butterfly as a candidate for the endangered species list, affording it legal protection as its population falls.
