PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — Protesters have shut down part of Interstate 95 in Providence in response to a grand jury's decision not to indict a white police officer in the fatal shooting of an unarmed black teenager in Ferguson, Missouri. Protests have erupted throughout the country following Monday's announcement that a grand jury declined to indict police officer Darren Wilson in the death of 18-year-old Michael Brown.
