Film Review: Ouija

You know there’s something wrong right off the bat when a movie is based on a board game. It’s just another pitiful extension of Hollywood’s obsession with making movies out of recognizable brands or toys or theme park rides. Sometimes those initially terrible ideas work out (Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl), and most of the time they don’t (Battleship, almost all of the Transformers movies).
