Manitou Springs residents jumped from a second-floor window Saturday morning after a woman allegedly set fire to the house where they lived. The woman, who has not been identified, was arrested after calling the El Paso County Sheriff's Office and admitting to starting the blaze at 507 Canon Ave., Manitou Springs police said.
