Firm Gets Scolding But Ok For Project

The city's historic commission unanimously approved the project proposed by a Houston developer who had been accused of breaking historic district rules and allowing a 104-year-old home in Germantown to deteriorate. Fisher bought the property, which has special protections under the city's historic district guidelines, in March 2013 and planned to build a two-story addition.
