In 1965 Craig Curry made a life-changing decision. Curry and a few other black teammates decided to walk the couple of miles to attend Coral Gables High School when its doors first opened to black students. The move was a winning one for Curry, who went on to lead the 1967 Buccaneers to a National Championship.
